Ingredients:
Organic Carrots
4 tbs Butter
¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 tbs Salt
PREP:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Clean Carrots with Veggie Brush and cold water
Set aside
COOK:
1. Melt butter in a Saucepan.
2. Add Carrots over medium heat in a single layer
3. Add 1 tbs of Salt, and cover with lid
4. Gently flip carrots with a spatula until
carrots have slightly browned and softened
5. Sprinkle Brown Sugar over the carrots and
Cover with lid for additional 4 minutes
6. Move carrots from the Saucepan to a baking
sheet in a single layer
BAKE FOR 10 minutes
garnish with fresh parsley
