Ingredients:
Kale
Olive Oil
Salt
PREP:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Wash Kale Thoroughly on both leaf sides
Remove Vine from Kale Leaves and pat dry
Massage large Kale leaves with Olive oil until coated throughout
On a Large baking sheet, lye Kale flat and do not overlap leaves
add salt
COOK:
1. Bake on top rack for 15 minutes or until Kale is crisp
