Roasted ASPARAGUS

Cook Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

Asparagus

4tbsp Butter

4 garlic cloves (minced)

½ cup Organic Almond Slices (optional)

Salt to taste


PREP:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Clean Asparagus gently and thoroughly with cold water.

Use your thumb to locate where asparagus begins to change color, then snap off the ends (One by One). Listen for a crisp snap sound to avoid a chewy texture.

mince garlic

melt butter (on stovetop) on low heat,

add minced garlic to melted butter (mix)

Cook:

Lye Asparagus on baking sheet in a single layer

Brush generously with butter/garlic mixture

Add Salt

Sprinkle ½ Cup of Organic Almond Slices over Asparagus

Bake for 15 minutes
